Charvel Releases Pro-Mod San Dimas PJ Bass
The new Charvel Pro-Mod San Dimas PJ bass pays homage to Charvel’s classic past while also looking to the future with unique features. The alder body is a reflection to the original Charvel San Dimas basses from the late 1970s, and the very thin bolt-on maple Charvel speed neck is the exact replica of the original.
The Pro-Mod San Dimas PJ, like the originals, is equipped with DiMarzio pickups, which include a J pickup at the bridge for well-rounded punch and a P pickup in the center for a warm and thick tone with a mid-range growl when pushed. With chrome hardware, black pickup covers, and a licensed Fender Precision Bass headstock shape this bass is a true work force of a bass.
