A lot of us who were at a NAMM Show before know how crazy that convention is. It is literally a Guitar Center on steroids. You can hear Sweet Child O’ Mine be played in every possible way and don’t forget about the Isn’t She Lovely bass jams. Also, if you ever stumbled into the percussion hall you really know how crazy and loud the NAMM Show can be.
It is really an overwhelming experience at first.
If you can fight the urge to run away from all this craziness, you can sometimes find real gems too. You can stumble upon a great new company, meet new friends, and reconnect with old ones as well.
It is also the place where you can discover new talent. That’s what happened to us when we were at the 2014 NAMM Show. It was here when we first heard about Wojtek Pilichowski.

Wojtek Pilichowski is a Polish master bass player who stunned America with his incredible slap bass skills at the 2014 NAMM Show. The video speaks for itself.
