Bryan Beller Joins The Aristocrats For 2022 Summer Tour
The Aristocrats (guitarist Guthrie Govan, bassist Bryan Beller, and drummer Marco Minnemann) are set to return to North American venues for their DEFROST tour this summer. The massive ten-week, 50-show series will be their first live appearance in almost two years, following the release of the FREEZE! Live In Europe 2020 album.
Fans looking for some Aristocratic musical mayhem will be treated to a premiere of new material that has yet to be released, as well as a carefully picked collection of fan favorites and deep cuts.
“We’re beyond delighted to get back out there and do what we do best – performing together, live and loud, in the same room” – the ultra-power three said in a joint statement.
“Despite the benefits of modern technology, we decided to wait until we were all physically together before playing any new material since that’s how we roll. That will ultimately happen shortly before we leave on the journey, so it will be very exciting and new. We can’t wait!” exclaims the group.
The Aristocrats have established themselves as one of the most musically innovative, refreshingly irreverent, and amazingly entertaining instrumental rock-fusion outfits on the earth. Anyone who has seen their live musical high-wire act – which includes a smattering of rock, jazz, pop, metal, and even traditional country and of course, amazing bass work by Bryan Beller – can attest that it is infused with the spirit of a true band. One whose improvisational soul allows for anything to happen on stage at any time…including the occasional wink and nod to the audience.
